My connection with Ron was via his wife who I had as a student at Big Spring; also her brother and mother - all wonderful and talented people. A special memory of Ron was when I hired him to tear up a slate and concrete entrance to my house and replace it with brick. It turned out to be an extremely hot day and I felt sorry watching him sweat outside as I enjoyed the coolness of air conditioning inside. Serving him cold beverages just didn't seem to be enough, but he completed the job in his always friendly professional way. He was a special guy and will be missed.

Our hearts are surely broken for the loss of Ronnie. May the Lord surround you Vicki with his love. Ronnie was one of a kind with a big heart and great sense of humor. He was one of the most positive people I have ever met. We are going to miss him so much! Love You!
