Yosef "Joey" N. Alajlouni

    Yosef N. “Joey” Alajlouni, 21, of Carlisle passed away Saturday December 19, 2020.

    He was born February 24, 1999 in Carlisle a son of Nader F. Alajlouni, and Angelic E. Ortmyer Alajlouni.

    Joey was a 2017 graduate of Big Spring High School, he was a Senior at Shippensburg University majoring in Business Management. He loved nature, enjoyed hiking, camping and sleeping in his hammock. He especially loved being around his family and friends and always looked forward to family gatherings. He also loved skateboarding and music whether listening to it, or making music with his friends.

    Joey is survived by his father Nader F. Alajlouni, his mother Angelic E. Ortmyer Alajlouni and her boyfriend John Kuzupas; his significant other Makayla Glass; three sisters Phelisha Harper, Hannah Alajlouni, and Nadia Alajlouni, and three brothers Jordan Alajlouni and his fiance Heather Bear, Ameer Alajlouni and his wife Destiny, and Nader Alajlouni Jr.; his beloved niece Layla Alajlouni, many paternal aunts and uncles, and his maternal aunts and uncles Bill and Jenn Ortmyer, Shawn and Jenn McClintock, Floyd and Selina McClintock Jr., and Lauana Ortmyer and her husband.

    A viewing will be held Tuesday December 29, 2020 from 4 to 9 PM in the Egger Funeral Home Inc. 15 W. Big Spring Ave. Newville, PA. Following Governor Wolf's mandate masks will be required, and you may have to wait outside until numbers allow you to enter.

    A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
