Vicki A. Bear, 73, of Newville passed away Thursday February 16, 2023 in her home
She was born July 26, 1949 in Church Town, a daughter of Merle E. and Daisey Hippensteel Miller.
Vicki is survived by her husband Jay L. Bear, two sons and six daughters, and 29 grand and great grandchildren; three brothers Brad, Jeff, and Allen Miller, and one sister Wendy Miller. And had placement for 100 foster children.
A memorial service will be held Friday February 24, 2023 at 12 PM with Rev. Richard Reese officiating in the Newville First Church of God 475 Shippensburg Rd. Newville
