Timothy S. Barrick, 65, of Newville passed away Friday June 21, 2024 in his home. 

     He was born June 13, 1959 in Carlisle the son of the late Ronald E. Barrick and Neva L. Ginter Barrick who survives. 

     Tim was a milk truck driver, and was the owner operator of Timothy S. Barrick Inc., of Newville. 

     He belonged to Grand Point Church, Shippensburg, the Drifters Car Club, and he sang in the music groups Eastern Gate, and Southern Gospel Reunited. 

     In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife Karen A. Hoverman, two sons Joshua S. Barrick and his wife Ashley, and Caleb E. Barrick and his wife Kathryn; five grandchildren Landon, Karley, Paislee, Gabriel, and Madalyn Barrick; one sister Amy Long and her husband Stephen, and one brother Kriss Barrick and his wife Laurie.

    He is preceded in death by his father, and one sister Heidi E. Ebersole. 

     A viewing will be held Saturday June 29, 2024 from 1 to 3 PM in Doubling Gap Center/ Camp YoliJwa 1550 Doubling Gap RoadNewville. A funeral service will be held in Doubling Gap Center at 3 PM Saturday with Pastor Donald Snyder officiating. A graveside service will be held Monday July 1, 2024 at 9 AM in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle.
