Perry Floyd Beaston Obituary

    Perry Floyd Beaston, 77, of Newville passed away Wednesday November 6, 2019 in UPMC Pinnacle Carlisle.


    He was born October 31, 1942 in Newville the son of the late John B. and Lois Fleagle Beaston.


   He served in the U.S. Army. He had worked as a HVAC Technician, retiring from Shipley Energy.


    Mr. Beaston is survived by his wife of 52 years Dorothy I. Whisler Beaston; four daughters Jennifer E. Beaston and her husband Daniel T. Resto, Angela S. (Beaston) Heishman and her husband Randy, Wendie S. (Beaston) Baker and her husband Steve, and Valerie L. Beaston; one brother Richard Beaston and his wife Darlene, two sisters Patricia (Beaston) Peiper, and Lucy “Susie” (Beaston) Schmick and her husband Jim; five grandchildren; and one great-grandson.


     He was preceded in death by his son Christopher Allen Beaston.


    A viewing will be held Monday November 11, 2019 from 2 to 3 PM in the Egger Funeral Home Inc. 15 W. Big Spring Ave. Newville. A funeral service with Rev. Michael Poe officiating will be held at 3 PM in the funeral home. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Prospect Hill Cemetery Newville.


     In Lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to The American Heart Association, or St. Judes Children s Research Hospital.
