Paul Arthur Ginter

1929 – 2024

    Paul Arthur Ginter (95) of Cherry Hill, New Jersey died on December 15, 2024 after a short bout with cancer.

    He was born in Newville, Pennsylvania on August 6, 1929. He was drafted into the Army and served in Korea. After his military service, he worked at AMP, Inc. headquartered in Harrisburg, PA as an engineer.

    Paul was a small airplane enthusiast. He built his own experimental plane and enjoyed flying until he was 92.

    He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Joan Swartz Ginter, and is survived by his children Alan (Mary), Karla, and Jon (Sue); grandchildren Brad (Rachael), Julia, Jessica, and David; and great-grandchildren Morgan and Lyla.

    A graveside service will be held December 20, 2024 at 11 am at the Newville Cemetery on Cemetery Road in Newville, PA.

    In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Doubling Gap Center, 1550 Doubling Gap Road, Newville, PA 17241.
