Pamela Lanoue went home to be with the Lord on January 26, 2026.
Pam was born in Johnstown on November 24, 1952 and attended Conemaugh Valley School District until graduation. From there, she joined the U.S. Armed Forces by way of the United States Air Force. An honor that her family is quite proud of her for. Not long after, she moved back to Johnstown with a husband and a baby, where she crocheted blankets, sold Avon for a while, and cared for her family. Around the year 1986, she and her family relocated to the Carlisle / Newville area, where she obtained work at Green Ridge Village retirement community. She remained employed there for 30 plus years until her retirement around 2018. For the past approximate 8 years, she led a peaceful, quiet life in her home, tending to and spoiling her grandchildren and her cats.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, Raymond and Betty (Knouse) Headrick as well as both of her brothers and their spouses, Donald (Sandra) Headrick and Gary (Sue) Headrick.
She is survived by her daughters; Brenda Haubert and her spouse Stanley Haubert, and Barbara Mullins and her partner Wayne Fry.
She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, Devon Brehm, Kaitlyn Rigsby along with her spouse JohnPaul Rigsby, Ashley Brehm and her partner Elijah Jones, Dalton Mullins, Hayden Mullins, Ethan Mullins, Ava Fry, and Lily Fry, as well as one great-grandchild, Oliver Rigsby.
A memorial will be held on Saturday February 21, 2026 at 2 PM in the Egger Funeral Home 15 W. Big Spring Ave. Newville, PA 17241
In lieu of flowers and cards, donations can be made in her name at your local animal shelters or ASPCA, as she loved trying to help all animals.
