Nancy J. Gilbert

    Nancy J. Gilbert, 57, of Newville passed away Sunday December 20, 2020 in UPMC Pinnacle Harrisburg.

    She was born February 3, 1963 in Carlisle a daughter of the late Harold L. and Dorothy J. Snyder Gilbert Jr.

    She had worked as an engineering clerk for Americomm, she had previously worked at the Old Susquehanna House and Wendy's. She was a graduate of Big Spring High School, had attended Tree of Life in Carlisle, and had rescued a few dogs, and volunteered at Better Days Animal Shelter.

    Nancy is survived by her sister Patricia Whistler and her husband Kent, and her Aunts and Uncles Pauline Gilbert, Glenn and Elaine Gilbert, and Grace and Barry Miller.

    A graveside service will be held Monday December 28, 2020 at 10 AM in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle with Rev. Joe Gonzalez officiating.
