Michael A. Miller

    Michael A. “Slim” Miller, 55, of Carlisle passed away Saturday January 16, 2021 in his home.

    He was born February 19, 1965 in West Chester, PA a son of the late Spencer L. and Ada G. Ross Miller Sr.

    Mike was a 1985 graduate of Big Spring High School, he had worked at the North Mountain Butcher Shop, The Country Butcher Shop, Terranettis Italian Bakery, and Waste Management. He was a life member of the Newville American Legion, and belonged to the Moose of Carlisle, and the Minnequa Social Club of Shippensburg.

    Mike is survived by his companion of 30 years Kay E. Keck, one son Michael G. Miller, three sisters Nancy L. Raudabaugh, Sandy M. Rider, and Dawn M. Horner, two brothers Ronald S. Miller, and Spencer L. Miller Jr., and many nieces and nephews.

    He is preceded in death by three brothers Rickey L. Miller, Gary L. Miller, and Randy L. Miller.

    A viewing will be held Tuesday January 19, 2021 from 12 to 1 PM in the Egger Funeral Home Inc. 15 W. Big Spring Ave. Newville. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 1 PM. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
