John Stewart Wilkinson

John Stewart Wilkinson, 73, of Newville passed away Thursday December 11, 2025 in his home.

    He was born February 2, 1952 in Palo Alto, CA a son of the late George C. Wilkinson and Marian Bauer Wilkinson Stirling.

    John was preceded in death by his wife Marilyn Dillon Wilkinson.

    Those who knew John well will remember him as a devoted family man. He enjoyed music and singing, and he was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

   He is survived by his two daughters Jennifer Wilkinson, Brina Wilkinson, one granddaughter Mara Pursley, three brothers Charles Wilkinson, Paul Wilkinson, and David Wilkinson, several nieces and nephews, and his cat Teddy Wilkinson.

    A Celebration of Life service will be held Wednesday December 17, 2025 at 11 AMin the Egger Funeral Home 15 W. Big Spring Ave. Newville. Burial will follow in Dry Hill Cemetery, Woodbury, PA
