Joann V. Mentzer, 93, of Carlisle passed away Wednesday November 6, 2024 in the Church of God Home, Carlisle.
She was born May 27, 1931 in Carlisle a daughter of Cy and Ella Mae Hancock Bishop.
Joann is preceded in death by her husband Donald L. Mentzer who died February 14, 2001.
She is survived by two daughters Bonnie Mohr and Carol Mansfield and two sons Donald J. Menter and Kenneth Mentzer, and many grand children and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter Debra Mentzer, and her brothers and sisters.
Burial will be private in the Plainfield Church of God Cemetery.
