James Terrington “Terry” Harper, 83, of Carlisle passed away Friday January 13, 2023 in the Sarah A. Todd Memorial Home.
He had served in the U.S. Army Reserves, and worked as a computer programmer for Army Depot, New Cumberland, and had once worked as a barber.
He was a member of the Meeting House, Carlisle, enjoyed riding his bicycle, was an avid reader, and loved helping on Team 2 M's race car.
Services are pending, and will be scheduled at a later date.
