Gaytha Rife Obituary
Gaytha G. Rife, 71, of Carlisle died Monday April 22, 2019 in UPMC Pinnacle Carlisle.
She was born January 15, 1948 in Latirmore, PA the daughter of Estel and Retha Prader Westfall.
Mrs. Rife was preceded in death by her husband Lee D. Rife.
She had worked in House Keeping at various Hotels, at the Shoe Factory, and at Wal-Mart.
She was a member of the Newville Assembly of God, she enjoyed playing guitar, and singing Gospel Music.
She is survived by one son Dennis Rife, two grandchildren Catherine Christ, and Nathaniel Christ. One brother Estel Westfall, Jr., and one sister Sandra Helcott of York.
A funeral will be held Monday April 29, 2019 at 11 AM in the Newville Assembly of God 403 Oak Flat Road Newville. A viewing will be held in the church Monday from 10 to 11 AM. Burial will follow in Suburban Memorial Gardens, Dover.
