Elsie Mae (Kutz) Clair

   Elsie M. Clair, 68, of Newville passed away Friday May 15, 2026 in her home.

    She was born November 6, 1957 in Carlisle a daughter of Kenneth and Helen Kutz.

   Elsie was preceded in death by her husband Richard L. Clair, Jr. who passed away March 7, 2020.

   She had belonged to the Friendship Hose Co. #1 of Newville, and had worked at various retail stores.

  Elsie is survived by two sons Michael L. Clair and his wife Alyssa, and Brandon A. Clair; three grandchildren Brent Blumenschein, Ava Clair, and Braxton Clair; and one sister Barb Calaman.

   She was preceded in death by one sister Pearl Ditmer.

   A visitation will be held Saturday May 30, 2026 from 10 to 11 AM in the Egger Funeral Home 15 W. Big Spring Ave. Newville. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 AM in the funeral home.
