Elanore Boyles Obituary
Elanore J. Boyles, 95, of Newville passed away Friday April 26, 2019 in UPMC Pinnacle Hospital Harrisburg.
She was born in Southampton Twp. Franklin County the daughter of Ezra and Frances E. Killinger Karper.
She is preceded in death by her husband Paul E. “Pottie” Boyles.
She and her husband had owned and operated Potties Diner and Auction, and Furniture Store. She had worked until she was 88 retiring from Super 8 Hotel in Carlisle.
She is survived by two daughters Sandra D. Singer and Carol E. Burruss; one sister Ida Showaker; four grandchildren, Paul Burruss, Sherry Nailor, Tammy Burruss, and Linda Favorite; five great grandchildren; 1 step-great granddaughter, and five great great grandchildren, and two step great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her brother Ezra Karper Jr. and one great granddaughter Danielle Elizabeth Reed.
A viewing will be held Monday May 6, 2019 from 6 to 8 PM in the Egger Funeral Home Inc. 15 W. Big Spring Ave. Newville, A funeral service will be held Tuesday May 7, 2019 at 11 AM in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle.
