Chloe Bouder Hefflefinger
Chloe Hefflefinger of Newville died Tuesday May 24, 2022.
She was born November 13, 1934 the daughter of the late Samuel and Elizabeth Eckert Bouder.
She was a graduate of Newville High School class of 1952, and retired from Dickinson College in 1996.
Chloe was a member of the Newville First Church of God.
She is survived by one son Jamie D. Hefflefinger, one sister Blanche Hefflefinger, one grandson, and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Wilmer Dean Hefflefinger, one son Terry D. Hefflefinger, her sister Nettie Shoff, and two brothers Hummell and Glenn Bouder.
Chloe's life was helping others, she will be missed: “If not me Lord then Who?”
A viewing will be held Friday May 27, 2022 from 10:30 to 11 AM in the Egger Funeral Home Inc. 15 W. Big Spring Ave. Newville. A funeral service with Rev. Richard Reese officiating will be held in the funeral home Friday at 11 AM. Burial will follow in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens.
