He was born February 18, 1993 in Carlisle the son of Charles H. and Laura J. Votaw Ditzler.
He had worked as a cook. Charles loved his family very much.
He is survived by his parents Charles and Laura, his daughter Lexianna Ditzler, and his sister Ashley Ditzler.
