Nancy L. (Burkholder) Smith

    Nancy L. Smith, 66, of Newville died Saturday December 8, 2018 in Forest Park Health Center, Carlisle.

    She was born June 15, 1952 in Carlisle the daughter of Richard L. and Alma Louise Harvey Burkholder.

    Nancy had worked in Accounts payable at Maslands, had worked at several banks, and had been a CNA. She was a 1970 graduate of Big Spring, she had been a figure roller skater, and had also been an official of the sport. She belonged to the Newville First Church of God, and been involved with Girl Scouts.

     She is survived by her brother Kirby L. Burkholder and his wife Glenda, and one niece Kristen Burkholder.

     A memorial service will be held Saturday December 22, 2018 at 11 AM in Forest Park Health Center 700 Walnut Bottom Road Carlilse.
