James G. Walker

    James Ginter Walker, 64, of Newville passed away Monday October 21, 2019 in his home.

    He was born January 10, 1955 the son of the late Gerhardt F. Walker Jr., and Amy Ginter Walker.

    Jim was a 1973 graduate of Big Spring High School, and had worked for Anthony's Furniture, Good's Furniture and had retired from Wolf's Furniture where he had been a store manager. He had belonged to the Newville American Legion and V.F.W.

    He is survived by his sister Kathryn A. Pascarosa, one nephew Zachary James Pascarosa, and his sister-in-law Linda J. Walker.

    In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother Gerhardt “Geff” F. Walker III.

    Friends will be received from 10 to 11 AM Saturday October 26, 2019 in the Egger Funeral Home Inc. 15 W. Big Spring Ave. Newville. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM in the funeral home with Pastor John Hess officiating.
