Carl Rife Obituary
Carl Lynn Rife, 67, of Newville died Saturday December 8, 2018 in UPMC Pinnacle, Harrisburg.
He was born May 25, 1951 in Newville the son of the late Arthur and Berneta Wagner Rife.
Mr. Rife is preceded in death by his wife Edna Neidigh Rife who died December 9, 2006.
He had been a mechanic, and had retired as a maintenance worker at the Farm Show Complex.
He is survived by two daughters Carla R. Dale, and Darla M. Rife; three grandsons Wyatt Dale, Calvin Dale, and Cody Clark; one brother Gene Rife, and one sister Brenda Hudgins.
He is preceded in death by a brother Lee Rife.
A viewing will be held Friday December 14, 2018 from 6 to 8 PM in the Egger Funeral Home 15 Big Spring Ave. Newville. A graveside service will be held Sunday December 16, at 2 PM in Prospect Hill Cemetery Newville, with Pastor Donald Snyder officiating. A time of fellowship will follow at Doubling Gap First Church of God 50 McCrea Rd. Newville.
