Bonnie J. Hedrick, 81, of Newville died Sunday December 10, 2017 in her home.
She was born March 17, 1936 in Roaring Spring, PA the daughter of the late John and Genevieve Rhoades Blazevich.
Bonnie is survived by her husband Leonard Hedrick Jr.
She had graduated from Altoona High School. She had worked at Safety Bak, New Enterprise Lime and Stone, Sylvania, and for PenDot at a welcome center. She had also belonged to South Fairview First Church of God, Newville.
In addition to her husband she is survived by one nephew Terry A. Blazevich, and his wife Stephanie, and two great nieces Reagan Blazevich, and Memphis Blazevich.
She is preceded in death by her son Rick Oakes.
A funeral service will be held Friday December 15, 2017 at 9 AM in the Egger Funeral Home Inc. 15 W. Big Spring Ave. Newville. Entombment will follow at Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle.
