Delores A. Bistline

    Delores A. Bistline, 81, of Newport and formerly of Newville passed away Tuesday March 26, 2024 in the Gardens of Camp Hill.

    She was born January 2, 1943 in Cumberland County a daughter of Bruce I. And Dorothy M. Smith Bistline.

     Delores had worked in the Big Spring School District, as a custodian, and was a member of the Newville Assembly of God.

    She is survived by her brother Jacob B. Bistline, one son Randy I. Bistline of New Cumberland, five grandchildren Toby Bistline, Shawntae Moppin, Josephine Trout, Joshua Bynaker, and Mikey Ledbetter; and five great-grandchildren Trinity, Tegan, Bryson, Cassidy, and Althea.

    She was preceded in death by her daughter Robin L. Bistline.

    A viewing will be held Wednesday April 3, 2024 from 12 to 1 PM in the Egger Funeral Home Inc. 15 W. Big Spring Ave. Newville. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Wednesday in the funeral home, with Rev. Jeffrey Kettering officiating. Burial will follow in the Newville Cemetery.
