Bob was definitely the most kind, caring & generous CEO I've ever worked for. We'll miss him at DataMotion. Rest in peace Mr. Bales.

It is still hard to believe Bob is no longer with us. He was such a great person - kind, caring, generous, a great friend and so much fun to be with. We miss him but know he's in a better place. Rob, Kelly and family, our thoughts and prayers are with you as you continue to work through your loss.

Our family will remember Bob as a warm and generous person. He was always great with our kids, and he was obviously a deeply devoted family man. His sense of humor and adventure always came through, as did his ability to see possibility in everything around him. Bob will be very sorely missed by our family.

I don't remember life without Uncle Bob! He was great fun and helped me become a Deep Sea Diver at age 16 which I have enjoyed all over the world. I am sorry for his families loss but know he is flying somewhere.

Bob's passing leaves a hole in our hearts....Bob was a kind, fun, and generous friend. We have many memories of many good times together that we will never forget. We will have to do that white water rafting trip that we talked about doing together in his memory. RIP Bob...we miss you!
