Big Bake was a wonderful man we all respected and learned so much from on and off the football field. He taught us what honor and dedication was. He will be truly missed with his warm smile and firm hand shake. May God be with you in this time of loss and sorrow. Fear not we shall see his smile once again beyond heavens gates

I was sad to learn that Bob had been suffering & he wasn't going to get better. He was my baseball coach in 1966 when I made the team as a freshman. He was pretty tough but always fair. He will be missed by all BS sports fans. God Bless you during this time of loss.
