Lee H. Negley, 78, of Newville went to be with the Lord surrounded by his loving family in his home Thursday October 19, 2017.
He was born May 31, 1939 in Newville the son of Howard and Mary Sherrick Negley.
He had worked for Fickes Silo, and retired from Lehman Construction. He was a lifetime member of Big Spring Fish and Game.
He is survived by his wife Beverly C. Kuntz Negley; four children Kimberly Finkenbinder and her husband Jay, Crystal Gayman and her husband Jeff, Curt Negley and his companion Nancy Kelso, and Kelly Hogarth and her husband Joseph, all of Newville. Seven grandchildren Katelyn and her husband Zack, Dillon, Kylie, Austin, Tori, and Caleb; one great granddaughter Bailey; one sister Evelyn Ocker, and one brother Richard Negley both of Newville. He is preceded in death by nine siblings.
A viewing will be held Monday October 23, 2017 from 10 AM to 12 Noon in Big Spring Heights Church of God 10 Mt. Rock Road Newville. A funeral service will be held at 12 PM Monday in the church with Rev. Chris Faylor officiating. Burial will follow in Westminster Cemetery, Carlisle.
