Karen A. Mixell, 59, of Harrisburg died Thursday July 14, 2016 in the Hershey Medical Center.
She was born January 31, 1957 in Carlisle to the late James Behrens, and Frances Sherman Behrens of Carlisle.
Mrs. Mixell is survived by her husband William T. Mixell.
She had worked at Farmers Pride in redericksburg, PA.
In addition to her husband and mother she is survived by one son Kenneth J. Crowl and his wife Tammi of Harrisburg one daughter Pamela S. King and her husband P.J. of Palmyra; three grandsons James M. Force, Dylan Mixell, and Justin Crowl; and two brothers Jack and Donald Crowl.
A viewing will be held Tuesday July 19, 2016 from 6 to 8 PM in the Egger Funeral Home Inc. 15 Big Spring Ave. Newville.
